My house presented some unforeseen structural challenges for running cables, but they were able to get it done within our original price quote. Paul was great from the beginning. He answered my call and came to our house within a week. He set up all the internet and phone jacks in the upstairs of our house and did a great job of cleaning up the big tangle of wires we had in our basement. He is a perfectionist and did not consider the job finished until we were satisfied. We are going to call Paul for any issues related to cables in the future as he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I hired Integrity Cabling Solutions to extend the wiring for our new Fibe connection. I’m really pleased with the way that the job came out. Paul was on time, worked quickly and was well within budget. There was a minor snag with the speed test which was clearly not the fault of Paul or his work. Even so, he volunteered to hang around until it was resolved.

I would like to express my thanks to one of your Service men. Paul McKirgan arrived at my apartment at 9:00 this morning and didn’t leave until 12:30 this afternoon. He spent over three hours trying to discover the cause for the problems with my telephone line. I had dealt with your company a year ago and 3 servicemen and some employees managed to get the line working although some problems still remained with the telephone in one room. I sublet-ed my apartment last summer and the tenants cancelled the service. Thus, I required hook up again in September.
Paul McKirgan discovered the problem that wasn’t found last year with one of the jacks and worked diligently at getting my problem solved. I understood last September that your servicemen get paid by the call. Mr. McKirgan never mentioned this to me, nor did he give me any indication tht I was putting him out or slowing him down in any way. He was a professional and friendly despite having been here for three and a half hours.
I thought someone should know that he went far above and beyond the call of duty and that Integrity Cabling is lucky to have found such a valuable person.
